The Marienverein is a Christian, private institution and maintains in addition to the two-grouped Marienkindergarten with a toddler group (children's crib), the Maria-Stern School (promoting centre with the focus on language) and the Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte. For the Marienheim (Altenheim der Caritaseinrichtungen gGmbH) it is a carrier of the property. 140 employees serve more than 400 children each day in the facilities in the Sanderau district of Würzburg.
