Product Manager (m/w/d) – Combat System Design & Simulation and Mobile Command and Control Systems

As Product Manager (m/w/d) - Combat System Design & Simulation und Mobile Leadership Systems, you will take over the following tasks: Further development of the simulation framework ATLAS Constructive Simulation to an ATLAS base product. Creation and maintenance of a product roadmap for the product ACONS in coordination with the öAG and internal stakeholders. Creation and maintenance of a business plan and a sales roadmap for the product ACONS taking into account customer requirements of the öAG and requirements of the ATLAS strategy, in particular with regard to MDO, AI and simulation and training for the external combat. Development of the DMLF and the BTULP/NILE systems into a market-available product for small systems and mobile applications. Creation and maintenance of a product roadmap for the DMLF product in coordination with the öAG and internal stakeholders. Creation and maintenance of a product roadmap for the product BTULP / modular link in coordination with the öAG and internal stakeholders. Creation and maintenance of a business plan and a sales roadmap for the DMLF and BTULP products, taking into account customer requirements. Close cooperation and coordination with technology and innovation management. Building a partner network in the field of simulation and AI to build this capability.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed university degree in the field of engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology. They bring a certification product management (alternative in project management). Experience in the maritime environment is desirable. They have several years of professional experience in product management or a comparable task, e.g. in technology management or in research or project management. In addition, you already have experience in managing project teams and have in-depth knowledge of common project management methods and tools. A strong customer and service orientation and a high level of team, communication and conflict resolution capability are yours. Self-employment, self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility are of course for you. They bring very good knowledge of English and international and intercultural sensitivity. The readiness for occasional national and international missions completes your profile.
