For our Daily Banking business segment in Tribe Liquidity, we are looking for you full-time as Product Owner/Coordinator Accounts (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Accounts (Account Overview, Account Details and Account Information). Here you work with 10 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

As a Product Owner, you have the responsibility for the products/solutions in the Accounts section. You maximize the value of the team (squads) and tune the backlog to the needs of customers and stakeholders. Until you are responsible for the design and development of our product portfolio, you accompany the complete product life cycle from the requirement, the development to the piloting and support the market launch. Together with the team, you develop the end-to-end process idea and gradually take over the topics of current know-how carriers. You evaluate, prioritize, design product requirements and ideas and take over the acceptance of requirements within an agile implementation model. You represent and present the solutions and represent the business field in strategic projects, workshops and bodies.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or (bank) business management, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility or a comparable qualification. You have a very good understanding of the construction/departure organisation of a bank as well as market and direct banks and their requirements as well as ideally knowledge of the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You bring motivation and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary cooperation based on an open, honest and respectful approach. Your self-sufficient and self-sponsored way of working with high analytical thinking skills and strong communication skills are yours. Your negotiation skills, creativity, innovative strength and quality awareness complete your profile.
