You process applications and examine the social assistance regulations in accordance with SGB IX and SGB XII. You shall decide on the nature, extent and level of the services to be granted in individual cases. In this context, the human being is at the centre with its individual needs. In this context, you will also advise people seeking assistance in matters of social assistance. In addition, you will exercise public and private rights.

You have a successful degree in the 3rd level of qualification of the course of administration and finance or a comparable training which corresponds to the qualification for the 3rd level of qualification, for example Bachelor of Arts (Public Management), or of course II of employment, or (m/w/d) or full lawyer (m/w/d) or a completed university degree (at least degree [FH], Bachelor).

You like to work independently and in the team. You can also master stressful situations with your organizational skills. Dealing with people, even in difficult situations, as well as an expressive understanding of service will give you much pleasure. In the PC standard programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) you know each other. In addition, you have good oral and written expressions.
