For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machine and equipment manager (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Production: Production of semiconductor products, such as microchips, using state-of-the-art production plants.
• Installation control: installation and operation of production machines and their continuous monitoring.
• Production monitoring: ensuring a smooth operation through active control and control of the plants.
• Troubleshooting: Fast and efficient troubleshooting and small maintenance work.

They bring with them:

• Training: Completed vocational training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or in a related technical field, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, production mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Experience: First professional experience in production or production, ideally in handling technical equipment.
• Technical understanding: Fast detection of technical relationships.
• Working methods: self-employed and targeted work with a pronounced ability to solve problems.
• Soft Skills: Reliability, high operational readiness, team capability and a sovereign appearance in stressful situations.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the 12-hour shift system, with the advantage of a higher number of free days per month.
