Central Operations is at the heart of the Shared Service Operation (SSO) and at any time has a look at the operating status of the systems and services. With fine sensor technology, the department detects malfunctions in time and acts reactively on fault messages from our customers. Database Services manages the DB2 database server based on Linux.

Completed study of computer science or comparable training with corresponding expertise Min. 5 years of practical experience in the administration of DB2 databases Operation of DB2 LUW High Availability Solutions (DB2-HADR, TSA MP or Pacemaker, Replication (Q-Rep) Certifications in DB2 or comparable know-how of advantage Sovereign knowledge of IT service support processes (focus on incident, problem, change management) Experience in supporting projects (reporting and timely implementation) Very good analytical skills, as well as good organizational and coordination capacity, willingness to teamwork, independent and conscientious work, above-average resilience
