• Experience in working with children in primary school age

• Commitment and creativity in the design of educational offers

• The willingness to participate in class trips, excursions, school conferences, parents' evenings, school events and the like
• Detection of the mascot protection (two mascot-protection vaccinations or measle immunity by blood-image determination)

Continuation:

• In the event of a state recognition as an educator, the remuneration is based on the TV-L S in the pay group S8a.
• In the case of other educational qualifications, the remuneration is usually based on the TV-L S in the pay group S 4 .
• 95% salary scheme combined with 10% bonus pre- and post-work to compensate for the paid allowance in the school holidays.
• State-recognized educators: they usually receive an indefinite contract.
• In the event of a different educational qualification, the employment relationship is usually first terminated.
