Senior Credit Controller (m/f/d)

Collection of receivables in accordance with the international credit policy of the firm to ensure the achievement of both the global and local objectives for payment receipt Care of precise and meaningful information in the system to correctly present the current requirement for internal reports Identification and timely clarification of inconsistencies in cooperation with internal and external customers, with continuous compliance with agreed escalation steps and stages Ensuring high standards in customer service Cooperation and support of partners in all aspects of credit management receivable management to ensure the achievement of corporate and personal KPIs Detailed analysis of the receivable stock with regard to objectives and requirements for management, if necessary Creation of timely and precise reports Ad Hoc Management Support Tasks and/or Team Projects Monitoring of group mailbox and work within the agreed guidelines Training within the Credit Control Team as well as supporting team leadership in cooperation with the Billing & Collection Manager

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in receivable management in a targeted environment with the ability to achieve proactive results Experience in an international business law firm or professional services would be desirable First experiences in team leadership are desirable Very good knowledge in Excel Experience with SAP or an individual demand system would be advantageous, but not absolutely necessary German and very good English skills Embossed communication and persuasiveness High readiness, flexibility and team skills as well as hands-on mentality
