The daughter of the Bonn workshops is the rheinarbeit gGmbH with the inclusive gardening company GRÜNSTER.team and the JOBSTER.team as a staff exchange for people with an impairment to the general labour market.

We are looking for our e.V. of Lebenshilfe Bonn now Controller (m/w/d) unlimited | Full or part-time (25-39 hours/week) | Bonn-Dottendorf You are responsible for ensuring a transparent, economic and strategically sound management of financial resources for a defined area in the Lebenshilfe Bonn business association. With your expertise, you support the management and departments through sound analyses, reports as well as recommendations for action and report directly to the management controlling.

You create and monitor various budgets, forecasts and economic plans. From this, you analyze the target-actual deviation and derive appropriate measures. You are continuously working on the development and maintenance of meaningful reporting as well as cost center and cost center accounting. In addition, you create monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and business management and are responsible for the costing of our offers and projects in our business areas. You prepare wage negotiations with our service providers and are also involved in the implementation. You contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business objectives, taking into account economic analysis and investment calculations. You accompany our most important projects from a financial perspective (e.g. new buildings, digitization, personnel development).

You have a completed degree in the field of business management, controlling, financial management or a commercial training with corresponding training. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in the social or non-profit area, form the solid foundation of your expertise. You have sound knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and funding management. You act intuitively with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g. Vivendi, DATEV) and have very good Excel knowledge as well as experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI). It distinguishes a pronounced analytical and conceptual skills paired with high self-responsibility as well as a structured working and communication strength. Their ability to portray complex facts has already proved to be very helpful in the past. You are desirable to have already experience in cooperation with cost and service providers (KiBiZ, Employment Agency, LVR, etc.) and refinancing of services, as well as knowledge in the right to use and social legislation (SGB VIII, IX, XII). You are sensitized to the specificities of social organisations and are interested in social impact measurement and sustainability control.

DEVELOPMENT: In line with the current TVöD-VKA EG 9c plus special payment.
