As a Recruiter (m/w/d) with a focus on Active Sourcing, you are part of a pure recruiting team and supports our big customers in finding the right specialists and executives You are responsible for the active search and address of candidates using our internal database At the same time, you regularly agree with our sales regarding positions In telephone interviews, you enthuse candidates from our positions and assist them as a competent contact person during the recruitment process. Take over the entire candidate management and build a candidate network to keep the skilled market in mind In addition, you identify and use new sourcing channels and sources for the successful address of potential candidates, depending on your needs. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the contractual and compensation negotiations with our specialists and also for search engine-optimized job advertisements on our homepage and other platforms.
