As a machine operator (m/w/d), you play a central role in a versatile and demanding production process. Your task is not only to use machines, but also to ensure that they work efficiently and properly. As part of the shift service, which is organized in the 3-shift system, you are responsible for the smooth running and the quality of the produced goods. With your precise working and technical know-how, you are an indispensable part of the team.

• Ensure the functionality and smooth operation of production machines
• implementation of small repairs and repairs of simple disturbances during operation
• Monitoring and adaptation of production parameters according to the specifications
• Quality control of parts produced and documentation of results
• Compliance with occupational safety directives and order

We are looking for

There are no fixed requirements for this position, but technical interest and first relevant experiences can help you get started. Whether as a starter or with up to three years of experience – your motivation and willingness to learn are crucial.

• Complete vocational training in the technical field or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of machines and their operation
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Accuracy, reliability and independent operation
• Teamability and flexible handling of challenges
