In order to strengthen our team in the Human Resources and Law department, we are looking for a committed and strategically thinking management personality for the management of the HR and Commitment area at the next time in full time (39 hours per week).

Your duties include the technical and disciplinary leadership and the strategic further development of the field of human resources recovery and integration with currently 8 employees. You are responsible for the strategic planning, control and further development of Employer Branding, Personal Marketing and Recruiting. In addition, you take on the operational responsibility for the entire recruiting process including the control of various recruiting channels, for example the homepage, of job portals, university cooperations, trade fairs and events. Another focus of your activity is the further development of modern recruiting strategies taking into account current trends and developments in the labour market. You build a meaningful KPI system for recruiting and personal marketing and provide a positive Candidate Experience. In addition, you design and implement measures of personnel development as well as sustainable onboarding and employee retention programs. You are responsible for budget management within your task area and are actively involved in quality management and organisational development. You work confidently with internal and external stakeholders and take over cooperation in different bodies.

You have at least eight years of professional experience in the HR field, of which at least five years with a focus on recruiting and recruiting. In addition, you will bring multi-year leadership experience – ideally at least five years – in the direction of employees or project teams, preferably in the recruiting or HR context. In addition, you have at least three years of leadership experience from the transformation and generally change environment. You have very good knowledge in the fields of recruiting, employer branding, personnel development and in adjacent HR processes. In addition, you have profound knowledge of change management and a strong understanding of labour market developments, organisational dynamics and change processes. You combine your strategic thinking with a sustainable and efficient implementation strength. You are characterized by a pronounced communication and consulting competence and are happy to work networked and cooperatively. A structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working and very good IT skills complete your profile.
