In our team you are responsible for the holistic creation of store layouts. The focus is on both the design topics and the KPIs of the store. In your role, you contribute to the realization of the numerous construction measures and the success of around 2,000 branches.

Senior Manager Store Design (gn*)

You develop store layouts based on the current store design by Ernsting's family You evaluate locations and logically manage the creation of store layouts using KPIs You are in close contact with adjacent departments as well as internal and external project participants Your creative ideas for optimizing processes and standards, as well as further development of the store design, you actively contribute You're the first to routinize policy templates and presentations

A completed study in the field of architecture, interior architecture or a comparable discipline Ideally professional experience in store design Your CAD skills (Revit) are very good Good English knowledge of word and writing Secure handling of MS-Office and Adobe Photoshop A pronounced analytical approach and a strong affinity for process-oriented work Store checks, location visits and trade fair visits are part of the routined work for you You convince with your organizational and communication skills and enjoy working in the team
