We are looking for Contract Manager / Commercial Legal Consultant (m/w/d)

In this position you take the central responsibility for contract management at PROTINA. You will first, review and review contracts and contracts and make sure that these are both fairly clean and practical and business-oriented. You evaluate contract risks, guide recommendations for action, and accompany the specialist departments in the context of the maintenance and implementation. You support the areas of expertise in contractual arrangements and ensure that the contractual arrangements are properly implemented. Compilation, examination and revision of contracts and contracts Assessment of contract risks, derivation of recommendations for action and support for the areas of expertise in the case of voice and implementation Support for the fields of contract negotiations and the provision of a legal form of contractual arrangements Interface to internal stakeholders and external lawyers: briefings, coordination of auditing, control of queries and implementation in negotiating contractual versions Further development of the contract through standard contracts, clause libraries, checklists and negotiating guidelines Strengthening a reliable governance framework in the Treaty environment Accompanying the introduction of an intelligent contract management system including digital workflows and detection capability Support in the conceptual development of a compliance management system as well as in the maintenance of central guidelines and processes

Completed degree in economic law (LL. B. / LL. M.) or comparable qualification Ideally about five years of professional experience in contract management or Legal environment, at best in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry A legal state exam is advantageous, but no advancement Fast conception and high accuracy and care Communication strength, team capacity and binding occurrence Self­employed, struc­tured and solution­oriented working methods Efficiency and the ability to keep the overview (and humour) even in hectic times Very good knowledge of contract and very good knowledge of English
