For Central Test and Technical Services we are looking for you as IT-Change and Release Manager*in Location: Berlin or Würzburg Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 13.04.2026 Call number: 14-013-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The DRV-IT rvSystem principle and cross-sectional area is responsible for the development and further development of the German pension insurance IT core system. It combines management, technical and technical expertise to make the system legally secure, modern and forward-looking and implement new requirements. In addition to project management and control, information security, modern services for insured persons and the establishment of a new core system (rvEvolution) are among the tasks.

Central contact person for all questions of IT-Changeund Release Management Strategic and operational expansion of IT-Change and Release Management Planning, controlling and managing software update Ensure completeness of delivery of development units including evaluation and approval of amendments Coordinating, monitoring and tuning of the technical and technical requirements of the central test of the DRV-IT software house and the relevant stakeholders in the production and continuous compliance with audit-proof documentation

Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom-FH) in an economic, administrative or technical field or an equivalent qualification (e.g. specialist) or a completed vocational training in the technical, economic or IT field Multiannual practical professional experience in IT – Service Management (IT-Change-, Release Management) or in related roles (IT project management, IT consulting), ideally in a digital environment Sovereign application of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point et cetera) and well-founded experience in handling release management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence) Communication strength, a structured way of working and a pronounced problem-solving competence Standing for occasional missions
