Creation and maintenance of app V packages for virtualized applications Support of Citrix environment including application provision and error analysis Processing of Incidents and Service Requests Implementation of authorization and role concepts for two different specialist procedures Create, maintain and further develop PowerShell scripts for automation Documentation of processes and knowledge transfer to the team

Found experience in Windows administration as well as handling Microsoft Terminal Servers Very good knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including infrastructure and user management Experience in bundling and sequencing with App-V, ideally also knowledge in MSIX Safe handling of PowerShell Confidence with ITSM systems (e.g. Remedy) and requirement management Very good German knowledge in word and writing, at least on C1 level
