You work on the economic management of our battery storage and take early responsibility for commercial topics with direct influence on performance. At the interface of the market, technology and strategy, you are helping to continuously optimize and develop our assets.

Performance & Analysis Monitoring and analysis of the economic performance of our battery storage Identification and implementation of optimization potentials (e.g. marketing strategies, revenue mechanisms) Stakeholders & Partnerships Coordination and cooperation with marketers, network operators and internal stakeholders Support for tenders, comparisons of offers and the selection of marketing and service partners Content and analytical support of contract negotiations Project Management & Interfaces Takeover of project management tasks in commercial and market-related topics, e.g.: entry into new markets or revenue mechanisms Introduction of new marketing concepts or adaptation of existing models Onboarding new partners

Coordination of internal interfaces (Technical Asset Management, Engineering, Strategy, Management) and external partners structuring of topics, preparation of timetables and preparation of decision bases

Experience and background First practical experience in project work, project management or an analytical role (e.g. through internships, student work or professional entry) Working methods Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach Ability to structure, prioritize and advance complex issues Independent, reliable and result-oriented operation Stakeholder & Kommunikatio Safe handling of different stakeholders (internal and external) Clear and binding communication Languages Very good knowledge of German and English

Ideally, you also bring: Basic understanding for energy markets, battery storage or related topics Experience with analysis or project management tools (e.g. Power BI, Jira)
