Working Student Project Management (PMO) (m/f/d)

You don’t just want to go along, but really understand how projects and a portfolio are managed in a company? Then you are right with us in the PMO: you support internal projects operationally, bring structure into data and reporting and help develop standards and tools. Supporting the project teams in operational day-to-day business, in particular in organisation, coordination and documentation. Maintenance, updating and consolidation of project information in Jira and Confluence (e.g. status, overviews, key figures). Participation in project and portfolio reporting, including status reports, dashboards and ensuring high data quality. Working on the further development of PMO standards, such as templates, guidelines, tools and best practices. Support in creating reports, presentations and project documentation.

Current studies, e.g. in BWL, Economics, Business Informatics, Project Management or a comparable degree course Strong interest in project management, processes and organizational relationships Structured and careful functioning as well as the ability to prioritize tasks Analytical thinking and joy in making information understandable and clear Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability, reliability and a clear, value-adding communication
