The application is currently limited until 31.12.2025. You have an organizational talent and keep an overview in stressful situations? Planning and control of service operations for our external service technicians

assignment of technicians by qualification, availability and customer location

Telephone and written consultation with technicians and customers

Collection, appointment and tracking of service orders in the system

Use of modern dispatch tools

Completed commercial or technical training

First experience in disposition, customer service or field service desirable

Safe handling of common office programs

knowledge of dispatcher programs (e.g. from logistics)
