Koblenz is looking for the portfolio management division at the Koblenz site at the next possible time:

(debate group 11 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 11 BBesG, ID: KOPM 1202, Stellen‐ID 1450181) The recruitment is completed within the framework of a parental leave until 27 April 2027. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. In our portfolio management division, there are many varied tasks: strategic planning, advancement of renewable energies, new housing, expert and service services as well as contamination management. Planning focuses on the economic interests in order to analyse, develop, manage or exploit the potential of our complex properties. We need you for that! Do with us BImA! It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Design of development scenarios and drafting of proposals to improve economic viability in service-used properties and objects with the perspective of stock retention – on request from other savings Support in the assignment/evaluation of feasibility and concept studies Preparation and support in the creation of building law Implementation of difficult/complex economic studies and the preparation of economic calculations related to significant financial measures Documentation, evaluation and reporting on the status and achievement of the (completed) projects/measures We work mobile and flexible. However, on the job business trips, including in the entire federal territory, are incurred.

Qualification: Complete university studies (Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/Bachelor) preferably in the fields of real estate business, (construction-)economic engineering, architecture or comparable qualification. Competences: You have relevant professional experience in developing development and investment scenarios to improve the cost-effectiveness of the real estate portfolio. You bring knowledge of market analysis, portfolio management and statistics. Practical experience in project-related (saving-over-saving) cooperation, especially in the (an-)development of properties, is desirable. Business and financial mathematics knowledge complete your profile. You have knowledge and experience related to the creation of property-related complex economic considerations/calculations Knowledge in the field of construction planning or real estate assessment is advantageous in this context You ideally have secure IT user knowledge and geoinformation system (GIS).
