As Quality Conformance Manager/Subcontract Manager (m/w/d), you are sometimes responsible for the Focal Point for (quality) projects. They work in transnational project teams. Following tasks await you:

• Support for operational areas in changes/improving quality processes
• Select appropriate subcontractors, taking into account all legal and operational regulations and Focal Point for (quality) projects in the field of industry at the Donauwörth site
• Dedicate new subcontractor activities based on the needs of all faculties in the field of quality
• Create and tune performance descriptions within the quality for the assignment of the planned work packages as well as cooperation in transnational project teams
• Manage the end-to-end management of subcontractor activities together with the purchase, from contract to delivery to the subsequent conclusion of contracts
• Proactively monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure that quality, punctual delivery and costs meet the requirements
• Treat risks and inconsistencies to subcontractors and carry out cause analyses and damage mitigation measures to minimize the impact and prevent recurrence, as well as to develop improvements in the context of the Airbus Process Landscape
• Find strategic ways to create economic benefits for Airbus Helicopters in the supply chain and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
• Work actively in designing internal processes and regulations to regulate the allocation and management of subcontracting activities within Airbus Helicopters

We wish:

• A completed study in economics or a completed technical study or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management and quality management
• German and English skills
• Tools: MS-Office
