As a calibrator (m/w/d) in sales, you are a central part of our sales process in the field of cleaning services. They are responsible for the economic evaluation and preparation of offers, from short-term individual requests to extensive public and private tenders. Own-responsible costing of offers and tenders in the area of building cleaning (accommodation cleaning, basic cleaning, glass cleaning and special cleaning) Examination and analysis of tender documents, performance directories and object inspection logs Development of economically viable and practical cleaning concepts in close coordination with sales and object management Collection and evaluation of personnel costs, material use, machine costs and other services Creation of quotations, price sheets and, where appropriate, Presentation documents Participation in object visits and bidding discussions Maintenance and development of calculation bases, performance directories and internal benchmarks Support for sales in the creation and recalculation of existing contracts

Completed commercial training, ideally related to building cleaning, facility management or costing Multiannual professional experience in supply or order calculation, ideally in the field of cleaning services Knowledge of the calculation of wage and material costs as well as the area and performance calculation Very good handling of MS Excel; Experience with costing programs or ERP/CRM systems of advantage Structured, analytical and careful operation Embossed team and communication skills as well as a good sense of economic connections and feasibility
