You take the operational care of our Amazon business and make sure that our products are correctly listed, available and available. These may include in particular: Construction and support of our TikTok Shop Structure and support of Facebook and Instagram shopping Installation and maintenance of the respective product catalogues Connection of our product, inventory and order data Development of efficient processes for orders, shipping and returns Examination of other relevant marketplaces and sales channels We do not expect you to be an expert for every single channel. It is important to us that you understand e-commerce processes and can work yourself into new platforms. What makes the position special: You do not take a small part, but you build our internal marketplace management together with us. The tasks that are currently taken over by external service providers are gradually being brought to the company. This gives you great design space and can not only manage processes, but actively improve and automate them. You already have practical experience in operating marketplace or e-commerce management.
