Requirements analysis, design and implementation of the SAP modules Service and Field Service including concept creation and customizing Ensuring the daily operation of SAP applications in the modules mentioned Continuous analysis, support, optimization, further development and documentation of the business processes in close cooperation with the departments Service and Repair Leadership, planning, management and implementation of application development within the framework of national and international projects Support, consulting and training of SAP Key users Supporting interfaces to external subsystems such as CRM Planning and control of external service providers

Successfully completed studies in (economic) informatics, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing and implementing projects in the SAP environment, ideally in the mechanical engineering industry Enthusiasm for modelling and optimization of sales and service processes First experiences with SAP Service, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Customer Service and SAP Sales & Distribution Analytical thinking, conceptual strength as well as team- and result-oriented working High readiness, service orientation, enforcement strength and readiness to travel Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
