Guidance, coaching and operational planning of the production team Priority and allocation of work orders Ensure a smooth daily routine and preparation for the following day Set up and monitor machines and equipment, including troubleshooting Training of the team in quality and process standards Implementation and organisation of cycle counts and stock balances Processing of labelling and product changes incl. Documentation Release and control of production and warehouse bookings Cooperation with other departments such as quality, supply chain, customer service and sales Lean Process Support (e.g. 5S, Problem Solution, Process Optimization) Working in general storage and production areas Ensuring work security and compliance with all policies

Complete vocational training in the logistics or production environment or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in shipping, goods receipt or warehouse operation Experience in handling industrial trucks (e.g. lift trucks, pallet lifters) Safe in handling ERP and WMS systems (e.g. Oracle) Good knowledge of MS Office German and English skills Remarkable: Experience in the medical production environment First leadership experience (e.g. team management) Technical understanding and basic knowledge of troubleshooting Personal strengths: Teamability and pronounced communication skills Structured and solution-oriented operation Stress resistance in a dynamic environment High quality and safety orientation
