Development Engineer (m/f/d)

As part of the development of military vehicles, your focus is on the ergonomic design of seating and jobs. Take into account experiences from your own products, customer feedback, customer requirements, specifications and market analyses. In close coordination with customers, experimental and development departments as well as suppliers and subcontractors, you implement projects. During the concept development, series development, testing, demonstration, release, homologation and serial care, you take active responsibility. Creating concepts, dimensioning components and developing subassemblies, mass stands and production documents are one of your core tasks. In the case of testing, you provide active support and ensure successful implementation. As a central contact person, you coordinate the communication between customers and development partners. For the topics you have transferred, you will be responsible for technical development.

You have a technical degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable field. Their experience includes the development, production and release of vehicle seats as well as the ergonomics and workplace design within vehicle technology. In handling CAD systems, in particular Creo, you have expert knowledge, and with RAMSIS you work well-founded in the field of ergonomics. Registration regulations for seats, in particular ECE regulations, are very familiar to you. You control English in a safe manner and apply MS Office safely and routined. National and international willingness to travel with you as well as intercultural competence. Management qualities and the willingness to take over technical and professional responsibility are yours. You have a strong competence to compromise, which contributes to the successful implementation of complex projects and meets the requirements for a successful T1/Ü2 (VS-NFD/GEHEIM).
