We trust in you and your skills: You will come to an independent work very quickly by advising our clients in the Tandem or alone locations. This is even possible from home with your laptop. You will advise customers individually and offer them various solutions to their financial situation: from a stock-saving plan to financing a house. You get to know the different areas of our bank and its tasks in digital form or directly in the bank's locations. We'll bet you where you can learn the most! Turning and fishing point within your training is always your desired location. Your trainers support you at eye level during your training. You are not a gap filler for us, but a full-fledged team member. By the way: You will spend your first training days together with all the new trainees in Berlin. Accommodation is provided! Your takeover: After your training, we will continue with you. If your commitment to a takeover is visible, we offer you an unlimited contract of employment.
