Senior Route Planner (m/w/d) Head of Department

We are a medium-sized family company with more than 400 employees at 5 locations in Germany. The position is located in our area of traction & approval, which currently includes about 20 employees.

You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership and the further development of your employees. Expert knowledge asked! In a senior function, you create concepts, feasibility studies and tray planning taking into account technical, economic and ecological aspects. Technically and versatile, you will take care of geographic and technical issues within the framework of rough and design road planning. In addition, you develop construction concepts and plan the construction site logistics. You will be able to talk with public authorities as well as public authorities and other stakeholders in the course of professional talks. Self-sufficiently take care of government engineering and stakeholder management.

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, geoinformation or geography, ideally focusing on infrastructure planning and civil engineering. At least 5 years of experience in the planning and approval planning of underground lines (pipelines and/or cables). Extensive experience in employee and team leadership. Passion for the energy transition and motivation to actively contribute to a sustainable future. Excellent German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge.
