Airfreight Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Same Day Full-time These challenges await you with us:

You manage import and export air freight shipments from order allocation to delivery, including acceptance of customer bookings, compilation of required documents and coordination of local and international transport activities You identify operational problems or irregularities and forward them to the relevant stakeholders to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery To monitor shipping performance, you use available tools and deploy optimization potential based on the results The processing of all necessary documents, the monitoring of shipping performance, and ensuring that all steps are carried out accurately and efficiently are part of your tasks Under general supervision, you will provide clear communication with the customer to collect shipping information, clarify incidents and resolve complaints You create correct output invoices for customers with all necessary documents In addition, you make sure that all costs and revenues are accurately recorded and assigned at any time and that in case of deviations, you are proactively looking for solutions You always search for ways to optimize data quality and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents In shipping planning, your focus is on high service quality while strategically optimising routes and resources to maximize profitability for the company Continuous compliance with the necessary requirements related to goods, shipping sites and other relevant legal or industry-specific requirements, complete your activity profile
