Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As advanced technical assistance PVD, you actively support process engineers in process support for our PowerMOS, ASIC and MEMS frontend product portfolio and help improve process stability by using SPC, FDC, APC methods. In agreement with the process engineers, you work on the setup and optimization of the system controls. You support, evaluate and document the smooth running of the system controls and develop optimization measures in the team to improve stability and reduce costs. In addition, you support process engineers in creating instructions and reaction plans. These include asset control lists, OCAPs (Out Of Control Action Plan) and qualification checklists. The key figures of the department are fixed in view, act as an important interface between process and manufacturing engineers and thus support a smooth process in the production and further design of the work environment in the field of PVD.

Education: successfully completed studies on the state-tested technician or a university degree (Bachelor) in semiconductor technology, mechatronics, automation technology or comparable discipline Experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience in the semiconductor environment Personality: Team spirit and a high self-motivation are part of your personality. Furthermore, you are resilient and strong in communication Working method: independent and self-responsible operation with strong result orientation, high reliability and high quality awareness Languages: good German and English skills
