Tasks

Ensuring the technical operation of our Rittal Online Shop rolled out in over 20 subsidiaries

Requirements management in close cooperation with subsidiaries and IT including sprint planning, testing and

Technical acceptance

Control of the technical, processual online shop rollout and enablement of our subsidiaries

Optimization of the global support concept and management of support requests (level 1-3)

Key User SAP/SAP Hybris Backoffice

Preparation and implementation of training and workshops on B2B e-commerce topics

Active development of the online shop and technical project support, e.g. Adobe Commerce

Interface to specialist departments, internal & external service providers and support of the Key User Network

Profile

Completed degree with discipline Economics / Business Informatics, preferably with deepening in

Digitalization / eCommerce / IT or a comparable qualification

Understanding processes and IT technical processes in eCommerce and eCommerce solutions

Knowledge of common ERP systems, SAP prefers

Experience with the control of cross-disciplinary, international project teams in agile environments

Flowing German and English skills

Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office
