Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Power Platform Administration and Configuration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) Dynamics 365 environments (e.g. creation, management, access concepts) Supporting Business Units in the Development and Management of Apps and Flows (Low Code/No Code) Management and development of existing apps and flows Licence management (e.g. allocation and monitoring of premium licenses and capacities) Governance management incl. implementation and monitoring of: Data Loss Prevention Policies Security policies (sharing, roles, rights) Automations to comply with compliance requirements

Support and further development of the internal Power Platform Community (Q&A, News, Best Practices)

Advice and cooperation Technical advice of the departments for the efficient use of M365 tools

Finded knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Teams and Entra ID Experience in managing and managing cloud-based platforms Basic understanding of security, compliance and license management in the M365/SaaS environment Basic knowledge of PowerShell, REST APIs and automation techniques Experience in 2nd/3rd level support for M365 and SaaS applications Secure handling of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Power Platform Admin Center Experience with Service Health Monitoring, Error Analysis and Platform Care Technical advice and support for specialist areas in app/flow development and migration Supporting internal communities such as the Power Platform Community (Q&A, News, Guidelines) Creation and maintenance of operational, security and support documentation Implementation and monitoring of governance policies (DLP, permissions, sharing) Understanding IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL, desirable) Microsoft certifications in the M365/Power Plateform environment (desired value)
