In our team you are working on the development of the next generation of high-voltage battery systems for commercial vehicles. You will gain insights into the development of innovative battery concepts and help us develop new technical solutions from the first idea to the construction and testing of prototypes. The electrification of commercial vehicles places high demands on future battery systems. In addition to performance, range and safety, the question also plays an important role as to how new technical concepts can be efficiently manufactured and integrated into the vehicle. Our team is engaged in the development of future battery generations and is an important interface between development and production. Together with various disciplines, we develop and evaluate new technical solutions and bring them into practical implementation gradually. During your internship you are part of this team and can actively accompany the development process, from the discussion of first concepts to technical workshops to the construction of real prototypes and test subjects.

THE WORK Cooperation in the development of future battery concepts and their implementation in first prototypes Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of technical workshops with development, production and other areas of expertise Processing and documentation of workshop results and tracking of technical questions and interfaces Cooperation in the assessment of technical solutions with regard to their practical feasibility and production Support in the planning and practical construction of battery prototypes and test carriers Monitoring of experiments and structured evaluation and documentation of the results
