Working Student for Organization and Processes (m/f/d)

Research and preparation of results on project-specific topics such as digitalization, innovation, regional transformation, economic development, cluster management Data collection and maintenance support according to ISO/IEC 27001 and data preparation and analysis as basis for reporting Support for the project management and the project team in supporting research and development projects in the future fields of Baden-Württemberg (in particular internal process processing) Preparation of document and report reviews as well as assessments within project entities Creating, balancing and evaluating Excel tables for project management of support programs

Continuous full-time studies (business management, economic engineering, social sciences, business informatics, natural sciences or comparable course of study) with reference to the above-mentioned area of responsibility (with a remaining period of study of at least 18 months) First practical experience in organizational topics, office management or process management of advantage Joy in building and implementing processes and in incorporating into complex topics such as funding management High organisational capacity and a structured working method, accompanied by a friendly and binding occurrence Safe handling of popular MS Office applications and content management systems desirable Very good oral and written expressiveness in German

Compensation The fee is €17 per hour. Working time The working time should be at least 5 hours a day and a maximum of 20 hours a week during the semester – during periods without lectures, more than 38.5 hours a week. Duration The place is limited to 2 years. .
