Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting (Creditors, Debitors, Accounts) as a stable operating basis Implementation of payment transactions, invoices and reminders Creation of monthly and annual accounts in close cooperation with the controlling and tax consulting Management of liquidity planning Analysis of existing accounting processes and targeted further development towards standardized, digitized processes Identification and implementation of automation potentials (e.g. in invoice processing, payment processes, voting) With design of a modern financial accounting, incl. Use of new technologies to AI-based approaches Sparringspartner for management, commercial management and adjacent areas for all questions about finance processes

Commercial training or studies with a focus on accounting or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in financial accounting – ideally with broad responsibility (e.g. as a single account holder) Clear motivation to further develop a classic accounting strategically and to set up future-oriented Knowledge in DATEV, MS Excel and ERP systems Safe handling of tax and commercial matters at application level High affinity for digitization, process optimization and automation (first contact points with digital tools/workflows of advantage) Structured, independent working, analytical thinking and high reliability
