Staff management and coordination: You lead your team (owners and strangers) clearly and respectfully. Economic action: Contracts and budgets always keep you in mind and care for economically successful projects. Quality and appointment control: You coordinate trades and services of contractors and ensure that all deadlines are complied with. Documentation: You reliably document building journal, correspondence and dimensions. Revision documents: You will draw up all necessary documents for project transfer with great care.

Successfully completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field or comparable qualification Professional experience in one of the mentioned fields of activity The basic knowledge of VOBs is sufficient – we clarify the rest together Enforcement, Responsibility, Teamability and Leadership Competence Class B driving licence
