Head of HKLS (m/f/d)

The technical building equipment makes a significant contribution to the availability, safety and sustainability of VGF infrastructure. As HKLS property management, you will be responsible for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation as well as fire extinguishing and MSR technology. Together with your employees, you will ensure the safe and economical operation of the plants and develop structures, processes and strategies forward-looking. You guide the HKLS property and develop employees, structures and processes in a targeted manner You are responsible for the safe, economical and regular operation of HKLS, fire extinguishing and MSR systems You control maintenance and technical projects and coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners You develop strategies to secure and optimize plant availability and implement them sustainably You assume the responsibility for budget and asset management for your area of responsibility You ensure compliance with relevant legal, technical and operational requirements and advise the department management in technical and strategic issues

You have successfully completed a study of supply technology, technical building equipment or a comparable field of expertise; Alternatively you have a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the management, maintenance or project execution of technical installations with Ideally, you already have leadership experience and understand how to develop employees and manage teams successfully You have a sound knowledge of relevant technical regulations; Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and GEFMA guidelines are advantageous You are characterized by analytical and strategic thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You convince by communication strength, enforcement ability and a sovereign appearance and actively shape changes
