REQUIREMENTS Responsible conception, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of governance fields of the company-wide information security management system in the Information Security Team (including design of guidelines, preparation of management decisions and acquisition of process responsibility) Ensuring the effectiveness of the ISMS by the independent design, control and improvement of the internal audit program (2nd line) and the ISMS key figures management Construction, control and further development of a service provider portfolio and services for internal audits and penetration tests Advice, reporting and support of/to management, business and IT representatives on information security issues Monitoring and analysis of regulatory changes and coordination with relevant specialist functions such as IT/OT, corporate security and purchasing, to ensure compliance with relevant requirements

PROFIL completed degree/master studies in the field of information security, IT security, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in the field of ISMS, IT security and management of projects. Experience in coordinating audit programs of advantage. Knowledge of relevant standards, best practices and certifications (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001 and 19011) in the field of information security structured and analytical thinking as well as a pronounced team capacity and high communication capability independent, result-oriented operation as well as safe occurrence, enforcement capacity and target orientation Openness for healthy error culture, readiness for continuous improvement and lifelong learning
