Engineer | Engineer HLSK / Supply Engineering (f/m/d) in the Office of Building Construction and Facility Management

We are looking for an engineer or an engineer (w/m/d) for utility technology / HLSK at the next time.

Operation & maintenance: You maintain and monitor the technical facilities in our properties. This includes the planning and coordination of measures relating to technical building equipment (TGA) in schools, service buildings and accommodation. Climate protection & energy management: You optimise the TGA with regard to the climate protection targets of the county. Project management: You take over the building function and project management in externally assigned measures, including procurement and contract management according to VOB and HOAI. You plan, monitor and secure dates, costs and quality.

Successful Higher Education / Higher Education degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor) as an engineer or engineer for supply technology.

Alternatively, a completed training to the master or technician or Master or technician HLSK with many years of professional experience. Relevant professional experience in the performance phases 5-8. Knowledge in procurement law according to VOB and in construction cost management and controlling. Very good German knowledge (at least level C1). Driving license class B. Ready for evening and weekend services.
