Product Strategy & Innovation Responsibility: As part of the leadership team, you shape the strategic orientation of our product portfolio taking into account the economic aspects and take responsibility for innovation, market positioning and the further development of our technical solutions and thus ensure sustainable competitiveness Strategic cooperation: You work closely with the other management areas such as sales and manufacturing to develop product strategies holistic and market-oriented Budget responsibility: You're responsible for your area's budget and targeted investment in new product developments Strategic product development: You develop and advise our product strategies and roadmaps with your product management and product development teams, guide the product steering committee, and thus manage the proper implementation of the process of product development from the load book to the product launch for our innovative product solutions Team management & organisation: You guide employees of the 'Product Strategy & Innovation' business unit according to our management guidelines and coordinate all workflows within the meaning of our company principles Patent & Protection Law Management: You are responsible for and overseeing all the corporate group's legal and trademark matters and secure our unique features Market analysis & innovation: You conduct market research with your team, identify new product opportunities and drive for high-performance innovations with high customer acceptance Technical Services: You are responsible for the proper implementation of customer-specific variants of our products as well as the implementation of product optimizations and tests as service providers for other business areas

Complete technical or scientific studies Multiannual leadership experience in product management, construction or development Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and dealing with complex innovation processes Strategic thinking, strong change skills and experience in strategic cooperation Advanced knowledge in the field of protection (brands and patents) Ideally knowledge of installation and building sealing technology Outstanding leadership qualities and experience in employee management Communicative and team-oriented personality with analytical, result-oriented work Secure handling of ERP systems, MS-Office and project management software Knowledge of project management methods and commercial knowledge
