We are looking for a dedicated supervisor (m/w/x) at the Kamen site to strengthen our team. In this role, you take responsibility in an operational logistics environment, control processes and employees, and work together with your team for smooth processes, high quality and efficient results. The place is limited to 2 years. Your activities Technical control & contact persons: You are an internal and external contact person for technical topics and you are responsible for clear communication in the field of work. Work organization: You ensure compliance with work instructions, standards and regular communication with your team. Employee development: You are responsible for the professional integration, training and further development of employees and trainees. Analysis & Optimization: You analyze key figures, development levels and qualification requirements and take measures to continuously improve. Quality, Safety & Projects: You monitor SLAs, cost-effectiveness, quality and safety requirements and actively participate in optimization and new customer projects - including operational cooperation if necessary.

Your profile Training & professional experience: You have a school degree, ideally with completed vocational training, as well as at least 4 years of professional experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the logistics sector, of which at least 2 years in the professional staff management and operational planning. Technical knowledge: You bring good PC knowledge (Excel, Outlook), secure user knowledge in commodity management systems as well as sound logistical process and organizational understanding; Knowledge of Lean Management and CVP are advantageous. Personal strengths: You convince by communication strength, accuracy, safe occurrence, analytical thinking, customer orientation and didactic skills. Loadability & Flexibility: Shiftwork, temporal flexibility and physical loadability are of course for you Responsibility: You trade quality, security, and earnings-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
