Project Manager HLSK TGA (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a project manager HLSK in permanent position.

Our client is part of a large group of companies in construction with a strong focus on technical building equipment. The HLSK division plans, implements and supervises demanding projects in industrial, commercial and residential construction over several performance phases. The focus is on the safe implementation of standards and customer requirements as well as a clean control of quality, dates and costs. The cooperation takes place closely with builders, business partners and internal project participants, with clear responsibilities and structured processes shaping the project everyday. In addition, the further development of the services as well as topics such as sustainability and digitalization are actively promoted.

Do you want to manage projects not only, but to visualize and develop them in the HLSK plant area? Then, the role as project manager HLSK offers you the opportunity to take responsibility, lead interfaces and effectively implement results in demanding construction projects.

Own-responsible project processing within the technical building equipment over all relevant performance phases Conception and technical design of building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation) in the team taking into account valid standards, laws and client specifications Operational control of dates, costs and quality including ongoing progress control and derivation of measures to achieve objectives Direct contact for contractors, business partners and project participants as well as moderation of coordination and construction site/project meetings Participation in the implementation of new customer orders and the continuous optimization of structures and services, in particular with a view to sustainability and digitalization

Complete studies of supply technology or training as technicians for heating, ventilation and sanitation technology or several years of professional experience as system and/or Technical planners At least three years of professional experience in the field of supply technology or TGA with practice in project processing or project management Safe handling of industry-standard software and the MS Office package for planning, documentation and communication Embossed communication and team skills as well as sovereign appearance towards builders and project partners Dedication, reliability and a structured, solution-oriented way of working with hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
