Teamleiter Projektmanagement und Engineering Umspannwerksbau m/w/d Place of use: Essen Characteristics: 2026-0414 Working time: Full time

Team lead & develop: You run and develop an interdisciplinary team of project managers, design engineers and assembly personnel (e.g. primary and secondary technology, network protection/installation), support individual strengths and build powerful, motivated teams. Projects control & development structures: You are responsible for the strategic management of planning and project activities and, together with external partners, ensure a successful implementation. You continuously develop structures and processes (e.g. project management, costing and deployment planning). Strengthen customer relationships & expand area: You are actively expanding our customer base, reflecting sustainable relationships with key account customers and developing the area strategically through market observation and new project opportunities. Projects are responsible for & accompanying offers: You conduct supply and processing projects up to delivery, ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality, and accompany internal release and decision-making processes. Control Security, Capacity & Resources: You ensure compliance with HSEQ policies, laws and internal requirements, plan and monitor staff capacities based on budget planning and tax resources and risks foresight

Electrical engineering: Complete study of electrical engineering/energy technology or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technicians) with experience in high voltage and/or Network area as well as planning, commissioning or management. Project and Leadership Experience: Multiannual experience in project execution, ideally in infrastructure or plant engineering projects, as well as in the management, development and construction of powerful teams from project managers, design engineers and assembly staff Project Management & Organisation: Very good knowledge of project and risk management as well as the ability to structure complex projects, to set priorities and to guide teams in a targeted manner. Security and entrepreneurial understanding: knowledge of occupational safety regulations and entrepreneurial and business know-how on economic project management. presence on site & communication: You are convinced by strong communication and negotiation capabilities in exchange with customers and project teams. Very good German knowledge (min. C1), good English knowledge of advantage, driving licence class B as well as a high travel readiness for dates and project appointments on site
