Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling team at the headquarters as well as targeted further development of employees (scientific and personal) Total responsibility for cost and performance accounting including internal performance accounting Support and guarantee of monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB Control and development of the forecasting and budget process Ensuring a transparent, timely monthly reporting at group level in compliance with the investment guidelines Continuous optimization, standardization and further development of control tools and systems (e.g. CoCa) Support for strategic initiatives such as M&A and special projects as well as proactive support for opportunities and risk management, in particular in project business Creation, consolidation and analysis of HR reports and personnel planning (FTE) in close cooperation with HR Sparring partner for management in business matters Responsibility for Group-wide approval processes in the role of the Process Owner

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, in particular in the areas of planning, budgeting and forecasting Experience in handling BI tools and ERP systems of advantage Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel German and English knowledge in word and writing Impressed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Communication strength and team orientation combined with a pragmatic “hands-on” mentality readiness for national and international missions
