As a speaker (m/w/d), you support the further development and preservation of the quality of care for our services and facilities. You are a specialist in professional and organizational issues relating to care and everyday care and support the colleagues on site with your expertise. You design and carry out trainings as well as workshops for our employees, convey practical knowledge and help teams implement new content and standards safely in everyday life. You actively participate in projects for the further development of our care and care offers and take part in projects that are independent. You work closely with colleagues from different areas

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
