As Head of Purchasing (m/w/d), you will be employed full-time in a family-run company in the metalworking industry.

Development and implementation of a strategic purchasing strategy focusing on IT integration. Leadership of a purchasing team and further development of employees in the area of purchasing and IT. Identification of potential suppliers and long-term relationships. negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers. Monitoring the purchasing budget and ensuring the cost achievement using IT-based tools. Market analysis and identification of cost savings potentials using IT solutions. Close cooperation with other departments for efficient coordination. Ensuring compliance with compliance and quality standards, supported by IT-based systems.

Graduate in Business Administration (m/w/d), Supply Chain Management or a comparable subject area. At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, including IT skills. Experience in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and supplier management. Excellent negotiating and communication skills. Analytical thinkability and ability to interpret data. Team-oriented working and employee motivation. Strategic thinking and implementation of long-term shopping strategies. Confidence with legal frameworks in purchasing. Organisational skill and ability to prioritize.
