Our team External Recruiting, as part of the GFT, aims to create an impressive Candidate Experience and is looking for a motivated team player. Your tasks in detail: cooperation in the development of recruiting products in the Sourcing (procurement) and Selection fields; themes such as standard invitations, job markets, recruiting trends or selection instruments are covered. Studies in psychology, economics, social sciences or comparable studies with ideally first practical experiences in the HR environment Secure knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams Ability to understand complex concepts, to visualize and explain creatively Quick conception, structured functioning and interest in new issues and strong communication skills Did we awaken your interest?
