As a department manager (m/w/d), you assume the technical and organizational responsibility for the care and treatment of our vascular patients according to the current technical standard in the clinic Close cooperation with a dedicated, experienced team of doctors and nurses Active promotion of cooperative, interdisciplinary cooperation within the house and with established colleagues Participation in the specialist training, the readiness service and in lectures and professional events Continuous optimization of workflows and strategic expansion of the vascular spectrum

Recognition as a specialist in vascular surgery with well-founded expertise and a wide range of operations Competent handling of arterial and venous diseases and safe use of vascular ultrasound Leadership and pronounced communication strength High motivation, sense of responsibility and a pronounced patient and team orientation Strong interest in current developments and innovations in the field Interdisciplinary thinking and economic action as a natural part of your leadership role
