You carry out and develop a dedicated team professionally and you are responsible for the annual planning, resource management and prioritization of tasks. You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to continuously improve quality and efficiency. You take over the building function in demanding and interdisciplinary development projects with a focus on road and management infrastructure as well as building field preparation. You control and coordinate project management, specialist planning and other stakeholders and ensure the implementation of economic, technical, functional and design requirements. You are responsible for interface and stakeholder management and coordinate cooperation between internal specialist teams, external planning offices, authorities and other project participants. Through targeted communication, you can ensure a transparent flow of information and represent project content in a sovereign way to different stakeholders. You tax contracts and external service providers in close cooperation with the judiciary – from preparation and negotiation to the implementation of the contractual services and enforcement of legitimate claims. You coordinate and monitor the necessary approval processes and ensure their efficient and timely implementation. You agree with authorities and internal departments and keep in mind the progress of the procedures and possible risks. You are responsible for the cost, timing and quality control of the planning, recognize deviations early and initiate suitable control measures. At the same time, you develop and implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with defined quality standards across all project phases. For transparent documentation and reliable reporting, you will prepare relevant project content, decision bases and planning and implementation levels for management levels, policy decision-makers, administrative bodies, investors, supervisory bodies and other stakeholders. You ensure compliance with internal and external reporting obligations.

A completed degree (university, technical college or master degree degree in the field of infrastructure and civil engineering, environmental engineering/environmental sciences, construction project management; alternative business or economics). Long-term professional and leadership experience in the results-driven implementation of complex development and infrastructure projects from larger locations or settlement areas. Good knowledge of the applicable technical and regulatory requirements (including VOB, HOAI, AHO, VgV) and budgetary requirements of the public sector (LHO, ABau). Safe handling of MS Office and usual project control software. Creativity and joy in the development and evaluation of infrastructure concepts for quarterly developments. Safe judgment in technical and economic matters. Proactive, structured functioning, pronounced coordination and high self-initiative.
