The award area consists of 7 teams which provide central delivery, service and construction services for the DRV Bund (if necessary also for other pension insurance providers). In addition, the procurement area strategically and operationally supports, supports and advises the demand points. For the team of facility management and for the team of consulting services, mobility and hotel assignments, we have two positions to occupy. They carry out national tenders independently and contribute to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of EU-wide tenders. They shall contribute to ensuring compliance with the procurement law in order to ensure economic and high quality award procedures; They support the creation of procurement and contract documents in coordination with internal and external experts They support and conduct independently market announcements and accompany bidding presentations / negotiations They advise specialist departments on procurement issues

You have a successfully completed university education (Diplom (FH), Bachelor or comparable) or an equivalent qualification with the first current professional experience in purchasing or procurement, or you have a successfully completed commercial, office or administration-oriented vocational training with current multiannual professional experience in purchasing or procurement law or you have a successfully completed vocational training with current multiannual professional experience in procurement law We require communication skills, reliability and commitment They are characterized by a structured, independent and customer- and service-oriented way of working and are safe to use the current MS Office applications
